There is a parking lot on the property. Families with children are very welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted in the accommodation. A ski and sledge depot is available. Other services include a bread roll service at weekends for a fee, a sauna card for a fee (subscription via the janitor) and shared washing machines and dryers in the basement (washing tokens are available from the janitor). The accommodation actively supports guests in the correct separation of waste; further information is available on site. The apartment is equipped with energy-saving lighting and offers a practical self-check-in system.
